Sweden’s Mr Green & Co AB, the holding company for online casino operator Mr Green, has reported a 53 per cent increase in revenue to SEK124.1m for the third quarter of 2013, with the company revealing that Sweden accounts for “considerably less” than 50 per cent of the total.
