Playtech CEO unveils aggressive casual games strategy

Playtech chief executive Mor Weizer has revealed plans to make an aggressive push into the casual games sector following the company's acquisition of YoYo Games, creating a formidable competitor to Odobo.

The deal gives Playtech access to the Game Maker: Studio (GMS) platform, a development solution that allows studios to create games using a single programming code, then publish them across a range of different platforms.
