Gala Interactive, a subsidiary of Gibraltar-licensed gaming operator Gala Coral, has entered the Swedish online gaming market with the launch of Gala.se.
The operator has soft-launched Gala.se, marking the brand’s first move into a territory outside of its core UK market.
Gala Interactive explained that it had decided to launch in Sweden, having seen strong growth in the country’s iGaming market, which has a projected compound annual growth rate of 6 per cent between 2013 and 2018.
