Dutch lottery merger to go ahead after Competition Authority approval

The merger of the Netherlands’ Staatsloterij and De Lotto owner Sichting Nationale Sporttotalisator (SNS) looks set to go ahead after the country’s Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) ruled that the deal would have only a limited effect on the country’s gaming market.
