A new bill has been proposed in Virginia to regulate fantasy sports contests, while another bill has been introduced in the state of Washington which would prohibit the game.
Jackson Miller, a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates, has prefiled a bill which would create the Fantasy Contests Act to apply to fantasy contests with an entry fee offered in Virginia.
