Payment processor Skrill Group has signed an agreement to acquire prepaid card solutions provider Ukash as it looks to boost the scale and reach of its existing prepay subsidiary paysafecard.
The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed, with the deal subject to regulatory approval.
