Stockholm-listed operator Mr Green & Co has entered into an agreement to acquire the operations of Mybet Italia in order to facilitate its entry into the regulated Italian online gaming market.
Mr Green will acquire Mybet Italia from the company’s management, which took charge of the business from German operator mybet Holdings via a management buy-out led by managing director Gianluca Torricelli in September last year.
