Unibet has confirmed that it has taken over full ownership of Bonza Gaming, the Facebook real-money casino operator, and will integrate the company into its existing business.
Unibet has acquired the stake in the business held by Mirrorball Slots operator Plumbee for an undisclosed sum.
Plumbee had originally established Bonza as a joint venture with Sportingbet in December 2012. Unibet acquired Sportingbet’s stake in March 2013 following Sportingbet's acquisition by GVC Holdings and William Hill.
