Lottery solutions supplier China LotSynergy Holdings has secured a deal to provide a range of telephone lottery services to the Henan Sports Lottery Administration Centre.
Through subsidiary Beijing Huacai Yingtong Technology Company, it has won a tender to provide the software for the province's telephone lottery sales management system.
