Two years ago, she spearheaded the delivery of the New Hampshire Lottery’s iLottery offering in just seven months, while overseeing the launch of a new website fit for the introduction of eCommerce.
In six-and-a-half years, she has helped transform New Hampshire’s lottery, leading a team of 28 people across multiple business units, managing product development and life-cycle flow for new products, including scratch tickets, Fast Play and eInstant games.
Meticulously thoughtful, Cleland has applied her strategic vision to the future growth of New Hampshire’s iLottery, which is now the second top-performing online lottery platform in the US in terms of per capita sales.
