The work done by Welshons and her team on player research studies has been ground-breaking, helping the supplier develop unique analytic platforms to provide insights on player motivations and behaviour, delivering actionable marketing plans to help lotteries generate maximum retail and digital sales.
One of the supplier’s Lottery Group executive leaders, Welshons also helped to create and launch Scientific Games’ new branding and vision, mission and values campaign, as well as the Reimagine Next campaign to protect lottery revenue and returns for beneficiary programmes in unprecedented times.
