The main responsibilities of the Player Support Agent include:

 

- Assisting players and resolving queries regarding the company's gaming products through various communication channels
- Exercising positive and cooperative behaviour that promotes teamwork
- Serving as the liaison between the company and its customers
- Communicating and relaying information between relevant departments within the company to ensure services are running efficiently and effectively


Profile

This position requires an energetic, motivated and flexible approach towards the assigned responsibilities as well as working hours. We support our players every day of the week so successful candidates must be willing to work weekends and out of office hours as required.


The successful candidate must possess the following:

 

- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Finnish, French or Italian
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- A talent for decision making and multitasking under pressure
- Ability to work well and overcome challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- 1 years e-gaming industry and/or call centre experience preferred
