Tabcorp Holdings has appointed Vivian Stewart to its board as a non-executive director, subject to regulatory approval.
Stewart brings almost two decades of experience as a director in the telecommunications and technology sectors and currently serves a non-executive director of Sydney-listed technology company Superloop.
Stewart will act as an observer on the board of Tabcorp from 1 November and will officially join the board after securing the required regulatory approval.

His deep knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to evolve and innovate our product offerings.

Shares in Tabcorp Holdings Ltd (ASX:TAH) gained 0.47 per cent to close at A$1.08 per share in Sydney Thursday.
