California's Barona Resort & Casino has installed Konami Gaming's SYNKROS casino management solution to further enhance customer loyalty and player engagement.
Barona will roll out a range of new innovations and expand its personalised customer service capabilities using the new solution, with products such as True-Time Bonusing, Konetic Mobile Employee App, True-Time Offers Management and SYNKROS Table Management solutions.
This will help the casino offer a high-quality service with improved player loyalty offerings and rewards initiatives, areas which the venue's vice president of slot operations Chuck Hickey describes as key to Barona's leadership and success in "a very competitive market."
"We had very high expectations for the SYNKROS installation and Konami delivered across the board,"Hickey said.
"The Konami team and SYNKROS continue to exceed our expectations and further reinforce Barona's long-term customer-centric values."
The resort, located in Lakeview, Southern California, houses more than 2,000 slot machines and 90 table games.
