NYX Gaming-owned platform and content provider OpenBet has agreed a deal to enhance its reporting capabilities with data analytics specialist Featurespace.
The agreement will see Featurespace’s ARIC engine implemented into OpenBet’s activity feeds, providing the sports betting supplier’s customers with real-time access to player data.
The partnership has been designed to boost customer understanding, identify problem gamblers and reduce the potential for online fraud for the betting software provider.
