Gaming supplier SBTech has signed two extensive retail betting deals, agreeing to provide its omni-channel solution to Germany's bet90 and Romania's Get's Bet.

The deal with bet90 will see the bookmaker unify its online, mobile and retail operations with SBTech's Infinity Account, allowing customers to log in to their personal accounts via any device and benefit from a single wallet, customised bonuses and exclusive loyalty rewards.

bet90 operates more than 2,000 terminals across its retail betting network, with the operator set to benefit from SBTech's retail solution which includes advanced management and monitoring of its shop network, alongside real-time player activity analysis across all channels. The supplier will also provide full operations support including reporting and cross-marketing capabilities.

"SBTech's omni-channel offering delivers a unified and ubiquitous user experience for customers of companies in regulated markets worldwide, enhancing operator profits across the board," said SBTech CEO Richard Carter. "It gives me great pleasure to confirm that we will be supplying our industry-leading solution to bet90, contributing to their ongoing success."

bet90 director Iosif Galea added: "As proven innovators in the football betting space, and with a reputation for speed and expertise, bet90 has been planning to offer an omni-channel experience for some time.

"After extensive research, it was concluded that SBTech is the best partner to supply the necessary systems, due both to its reliability and its focus on rapid product development. We fully expect our new powers of personalisation to drive significant growth and increased turnover for bet90, especially in the online space."

SBTech also announced a deal to power Romanian operator Get's Bet with its omni-channel solution, including the supplier's Infinity Account platform and single wallet to allow players to place bets via cashiers or self-service betting terminals in any of Get's Bet 500 retail locations.

"As the Romanian iGaming market continues to mature, we have been planning to upgrade our operations to a full omni-channel offering for some time," said Get's Bet CEO Cristian Roman. "Our choice of provider was an easy one – SBTech supplies systems built around flexibility and scalability, which will enable us to implement our aggressive growth strategy, while the Infinity Account will deliver a superior sports and casino experience to our rapidly growing player base."

SBTech's Carter added that its betting solutions would be a key pillar of its future growth as the company looks to minimise customer acquisition costs, enhance cross-sell and increase player lifetime value for bookmakers.

"As we extend our dominance in the key Eastern European territories, I’m very pleased that we will be partnering with Get's Bet, enhancing their product and helping them to achieve even greater commercial success," he said.
