Maryland-based wagering solutions provider AmTote International is set to provide a comprehensive sports betting solution to customers in the United States through a partnership with sports data and technology supplier Sportradar.
This will see Sportradar's Managed Trading Services (MTS) solution integrated with AmTote's Spectrum pari-mutuel wagering platform, creating a product that provides event and risk management capabilities and supports pre-match and in-play betting.
As a result, AmTote and its existing US customers will be able to quickly roll out sports betting where regulation permits, using existing infrastructure. It will leverage AmTote wagering terminals, online and mobile pari-mutuel platforms and all related support services.
The solution will be made available to AmTote's pari-mutuel client base, comprising racetracks in a number of US states. The supplier's parent company, racing and gaming operator The Stronach Group, will also use the solution to launch a fixed-odds offering under its advance deposit wagering brand Xpressbet.
