EveryMatrix has reported a 39 per cent increase in first quarter net revenue to €54 million, buoyed by a record performance from its online casino business.

The privately owned company said the revenue growth was driven by its strongest quarterly results in Casino, as net revenue rose 44 per cent to €28.6 million, following a 22 per cent rise in Casino gross gaming revenue (GGR) to €753 million.

EveryMatrix’s sports division also delivered strong growth in the first quarter as turnover increased by 30 per cent to €1.7 billion. This helped GGR rise 60 per cent to €154 million on the back of continued strong trading margins, with net revenue up 50 per cent to €15.8 million.

The gaming and player account management platform, GamMatrix, contributed further net revenue of €8.6 million during the quarter, up 18 per cent versus the prior year period, while Affiliate net revenue was down 4 per cent to €1.3 million.

Across all segments, EBITDA increased by 27 per cent to €28 million in the first quarter, at an EBITDA margin of 52 per cent, the eighth consecutive quarter above 50 per cent.

“I’m very excited for 2025,” said EveryMatrix CEO Ebbe Groes. “Q1 was a solid quarter, a great start, and the rest of the year looks just as promising. We had a phenomenal year in 2024, which will be hard to beat, but thanks to the momentum we’ve set in motion during the last few years, I’m sure we’ll be able to do it.

“Our sports division never ceases to amaze me, breaking record after record. This quarter, we managed to reach 600,000 live events, all thanks to our ability to expand our coverage and add new products and features even while experiencing this much continuous growth.”

This week EveryMatrix unveiled its new central London office, seventeen years after the company was founded in the city.

Located on the 25th floor of the newly opened 258,000 square foot HYLO building in Old Street, the office space is home to various EveryMatrix teams, including several members of the OddsMatrix sports platform division.

The EveryMatrix London office is the third new global location to be opened this year after Chang Mai in Thailand and Cebu in the Philippines, taking the total number of global offices to fifteen, employing more than 1,400 staff.

“We’re back where it all began when Stian [Hornsletten] and I co-founded the business in 2008,” continued Groes. “This new opening brings back so many fond memories and I’m personally delighted to see the business come back full circle.

“The space is magnificent and one of the best I’ve ever seen offering our teams here superb working conditions, multiple benefits and the ideal central London location. Our growth is showing no bounds and this new UK location highlights just how ambitious we are to continue growing and working with premium, tier-1 customers who we can now host in one of Europe’s best cities.”
