New Jersey’s iGaming sector posted revenue of $230.7 million for June, an increase of 24 per cent year-on-year.
Sports betting licensees in New Jersey also had a strong month, as revenue jumped by 53 per cent to $91.9 million.
The margin on sports wagering in June was 11.6 per cent on a 6 per cent rise in handle to $790.4 million.
Land-based gaming revenue at New Jersey’s casinos was 6 per cent higher than June 2024 at $259.0 million.
Slot machine revenue fell by 1 per cent to $182.8 million and table revenue improved by 27 per cent to $76.2 million.
New Jersey’s total gambling revenue grew by 18 per cent in June to $581.6 million and was up by 9 per cent to $3.32 billion for the first six months of 2025.

FanDuel and DraftKings were the top two brands in both New Jersey’s online sports betting and iGaming sectors during the month.
FanDuel’s iGaming revenue was $53.3 million versus $43.6 million for DraftKings, and in sports betting they earned $35.8 million and $24.3 million respectively.
Fanatics took third place in the sports betting sector on revenue of $12.0 million, while BetMGM held third place in New Jersey’s iGaming sector on $30.2 million.
Borgata was the leading land-based casino by revenue on $76.7 million, a 19 per cent rise.
Hard Rock and Ocean Casino battled for second place on $45.8 million and $43.5 million, the former down by 6 per cent, the latter up by 30 per cent.

New Jersey’s licensees paid $62.8 million in gambling tax for June. Tax from iGaming was $34.5 million, while land-based gaming contributed $16.2 million. Total sports betting tax came to $12.0 million for the month.
Borgata paid $13.8 million in total monthly gambling tax, followed by Resorts Group on $11.4 million and Golden Nugget on $10.7 million.
Half-year gambling tax in New Jersey amounted to $364.4 million.
From 1 July 2025, New Jersey’s tax on iGaming, online sports betting and fantasy sports increased to 19.75 per cent.
