Stockholm-listed gaming operator Betsson has reported its third consecutive quarter of growth as revenue climbed 14 per cent in the final quarter of 2018, helping full year revenue to increase by 15 per cent to SEK5.42bn (€518.5m).

The fourth quarter growth was driven by the Casino segment, where revenue climbed 24 per cent year-on-year to SEK1.07bn. This offset a 5 per cent decline in Sportsbook revenue to SEK341.4m, attributable to a lower margin of 7.3 per cent versus 8.2 per cent a year ago, while Sportsbook turnover increased by 6 per cent. Revenue from the Other Products segment fell by 21 per cent year-on-year to SEK23.5m in Q4.
