The state-owned Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) grew income in the first four months of this year by 11.44 per cent versus a year ago, with gross income for the period amounting to PHP25.08bn (approx. €426m).

The state agency, whose profits are distributed to social causes and the treasury, had targeted gross income of PHP23.57bn for the period.
