Aristocrat Technologies has expanded the reach its Heart of Vegas social casino app with the launch of an Android version.

The app, developed by the supplier’s Product Madness subsidiary, features eleven slot games, all popular land-based titles redeveloped as free-to-play products, with more to be added in the near future.

Built on a multi-platform architecture, Heart of Vegas allows players to use a single account across all platforms, including Facebook, iOS and Android.

Aristocrat chief digital officer Craig Billings commented: “Our goal is to delight social casino players everywhere, everyday, and we are pleased to add Android users to the broader Heart of Vegas ecosystem.

“With market leading products now on Facebook, iOS and Andoid, we are continuing to highlight the importance of social and mobile gaming to Aristocrat's broader strategy.”

Since launching in July 2013, Heart of Vegas has become one of the most popular social casino apps, ranking in the top fifteen overall grossing apps in the US and among the top five highest-grossing social casino apps.

The game has been gradually introduced to new platforms, with the 2013 Facebook launch followed more than a year later by the roll-out of an iPad version, and the launch of an iPhone variant in April this year.
