This week has seen new game launches for the likes of Microgaming, Evoplay Entertainment and EZ Baccarat, alongside platform integrations for WeAreCasino, Nektan, ORYX Gaming, and EGT Interactive.

WeAreCasino / Bee-Fee Games

WeAreCasino has expanded its platform following an agreement with London-based game development studio Bee-Fee Games.

Bee-Fee’s content will be integrated onto the WeAreCasino aggregator platform, with the supplier’s current slot releases including Koi Kingdom, Crystal Mania, Magic Hunter and the upcoming Lucky Symbols game.

“We are pleased to start a new partnership with BeeFee,” said WeAreCasino sales director Marko Jelen. “Apart from the fact that we are in a really close relationship with them we strongly believe in their products and the innovations they are bringing into the market.

“Some of our clients have already asked for their content and we will bring it to our portfolio of existing and new clients where we are present. We also look forward to entering into specific regulated markets with BeeFee.”

Bee-Fee head of business development Claudia Melcaru added: “We at BeeFee are excited to see new operators recognising the quality of our games and asking for our product.

“WeAreCasino saw that and is now making the delivery of our performing games possible to their clients. We are positive that our new partner is taking our games one step closer to the market.”

Microgaming’s Action Ops: Snow & Sable and Showdown Saloon

Microgaming has launched two new games which have been developed exclusively by independent game studios Triple Edge Studios and Fortune Factory Studios.

Action Ops: Snow & Sable is a sci-fi themed online slot from Triple Edge Studios, which is set in the futuristic city of Aurora. The game provides players with the opportunity to jump into the action with the crime-fighting duo and harness the powers of the elite cyber agents to reveal Mixed Wild Pays, Stacked Wilds and Free Spins.

The two characters are prominently featured as Wilds and drive most of the action, by providing both individual and mixed pays. Scatter symbols provide access to a high-paying 10, 15 or 20 free spins round by getting three, four or five scatter symbols respectively.

"Action Ops: Snow & Sable is another creation by Triple Edge Studios – hot on the heels of their previous title, Wicked Tales: Dark Red,” said Microgaming games publisher David Reynolds. “Featuring Mixed Wild Pays, Stacked Wilds and Free Spins, players can jump into futuristic, sci-fi slot action with the daring duo.

“This high volatility game offers wins up to 1,000 times the initial bet with a potentially rewarding base game, complemented by a free spin experience that has a high theoretical average return and the ability to retrigger. We look forward to unveiling more action-packed content from Triple Edge Studios in the coming weeks.”

Microgaming has also released its own take on the wild west in Showdown Saloon, a new slot developed by Fortune Factory Studios.

Set in the dust and dirt of the frontier, the five-reel, 15 payline slot game pulls players through the saloon doors into a world immersed in fast-paced western action. Features include pattern-based Mystery Stacks, Re-spins and Free Spins.

Large Mystery Stacks are loaded on every reel, while each reel’s Mystery Stack is replaced by a single symbol, with a maximum of three different symbols substituting across all five reels. The Re-Spin feature is triggered when the full symbol stacks of the same symbol land on reels one and two. The feature chase comes in when the activated stacks are locked and the remaining reels respin.

"Showdown Saloon is a fast-paced, thrilling and rewarding experience for all kinds of players,” continued Reynolds. “The soundtrack is orchestrated with high production and fits perfectly with the theme – you can't help but tap your feet and get into the wild west zone as respins set the scene for exciting rewards.

“Showdown Saloon is the second game under the Fortune Factory Studios brand, and there are plenty more exclusive titles coming from this talented collective. Players will experience high volatility gameplay within this title as they aim to hit that full reel blackout.”

Fortune Factory Studios head of game production Phelan Sykes added: “Enriched with exciting graphics and sounds, Showdown Saloon gives you the feeling of mingling with card sharks and gunslingers in a classic wild west saloon.

“Optimised for desktop and mobile, the game allows players to set their sights on high stakes wins. We are confident players will enjoy the game as much as we do and look forward to releasing more games for Microgaming in the future.”

EZ Baccarat

Atlantic City’s Ocean Resort Casino has launched a new multiplayer baccarat game for its online players via

Distributed by Scientific Games, EZ Baccarat has been made available for the first time in multiplayer tables, enabling players to interact with others at a table.

Developed by Talisman Group’s Robin Powell and Francisco Tejeda, the popular land-based game has been repurposed for online play and features a virtual shoe, JadeShoe, which does not shuffle after every hand and allows players to follow the five "Roads" in the game.

"The JadeShoe emulates a real-world baccarat game experience for the online game that makes EZ Baccarat more fun to play while rendering card-counting impractical," said Tejeda. "Most importantly, with this innovation, EZ Baccarat is the only virtual baccarat game that enables players to follow the traditional patterns or "Roads" – an essential ingredient for the players' enjoyment of the game."

EZ Baccarat is popular in land-based casinos worldwide with over 900 EZ Baccarat tables operated in more than 150 casinos across the US, Canada and Macau.
