Michigan’s gambling regulator is continuing its crackdown on unlicensed operators with a further 11 cease and desist orders.

The 11 operators were found to be offering online gaming to players in Michigan without a local license from offshore, undisclosed or domestic locations.

The sites facing regulatory action are Club Player Casino, 7 Bets Casino, NinBet Casino, Cherry Jackpot Casino, PitBet, SlotsNBets, Bookmaker.eu, Wild Vegas Casino, VIP Slots Casino, Prism Casino, and ABC Islands Casino.

Following the latest round of enforcement action, the MGCB has issued cease-and-desist letters to 63 illegal online gambling sites so far this year.

“These sites are operating illegally and without proper oversight, putting Michigan players at risk,” said MGCB executive director Henry Williams. “We’re committed to shutting down unlicensed gambling operations and protecting the public from deceptive practices, unfair play, and financial harm.”

The cease-and-desist letters give operators 14 days in which to stop all unlawful activities in the state, failing which they will be subject to legal action in conjunction with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office.
