Sports data technology provider Sportradar has become the latest supplier to be approved to operate under the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) new commercial gaming framework.

Sportradar has been awarded a gaming-related vendor license by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), enabling the company to provide its services in the country.

Sportradar joins other licensed suppliers in the jurisdiction, including Aristocrat, Light & Wonder, Novomatic, IGT, EQL Games, Scientific Games, Fennica Gaming, TCS John Huxley, Konami Gaming, Pollard Banknote, Random State and Yolo Group’s Hub88 and Live88.

Wynn Al Marjan is so far the only company to be granted a land-based gaming facilities licence, while the UAE Lottery operator The Game is currently the only lottery licensee.

Shares in Sportradar Group AG (NASDAQ:SRAD) were trading 1.14 lower at $26.05 per share in New York earlier Monday.
