A second director of the now defunct iGaming operator Everleaf Gaming has been charged with misappropriation of player funds and defaulting of payments on gaming taxes and licence fees.

Following an investigation into his involvement with the business, Austrian national Jean Pavili has been charged with twelve offences in total, most notably the misappropriation of around €800,000 in player funds and failing to pay an estimated €100,000 gaming taxes and licence fees.
