The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has warned licensees that they are fully responsible for all third-party relationships after taking regulatory action against platform provider FSB Technology.
The regulator said that gambling businesses will face regulatory action if they do not carefully manage all the third-party websites that they are responsible for.
The warning follows regulatory action taken against FSB Technology, who will have to pay £600,000 for advertising, money laundering and social responsibility failings.
