Swintt has secured approval from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) to launch its games in the Canadian province.

The approval marks the company’s first license in North America and enables the roll out of titles from both SwinttGames and Elysium Studios, the latter having been acquired by Swintt earlier this year for an undisclosed amount.

“Swintt is delighted to have received AGCO approval for its games in Ontario and we’re very excited to now have the chance to take this new and dynamic market by storm,” said David Mann, CEO of Swintt.

“Being certified to launch in Ontario is definitely a huge step for the company that will enable us to showcase our brand to new audiences on the global stage.”

Swintt is also licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and Britain’s Gambling Commission, and is working towards launch in the United States.
