Online gaming technology and services provider Playtech has enhanced its live dealer offering with the launch of its Dual Network, allowing licensees to offer a customised experience for players in different markets.

The Dual Network is described as allowing players to “enjoy a tailored cultural experience,” by automatically connecting native players to dealers speaking the same language, meaning an Asian player in the UK can access a game featuring an Asian dealer who follows Asian customer service practices.

The new feature is described as creating a more immersive live dealer experience, and has been rolled out for all the supplier’s customers, with vice president of operations Shimon Akad claiming it “again shows Playtech's responsiveness to player's needs.”

“We constantly aim to provide our operators with the newest technology and best offering in the market, we follow consumer behaviours and create products that provide our licensees with a strong competitive advantage, which allows them to expand their potential market,” Akad continued. “I am certain this feature will be more and more important amongst players and operators in no time.”

It becomes the second major update to Playtech’s live dealer offering, which features classic casino games like blackjack and roulette alongside new variants such as Unlimited Blackjack and Double Screen Roulette.

In November, the company launched the full portfolio on mobile, with native apps and HTML5 variants now available.
