Las Vegas-headquartered BMM Innovation Group (BIG) has appointed John Helderman as chief financial and administrative officer.

Helderman brings more than two decades of experience from the gaming, finance, hospitality and non-profit sectors to BMM, having held C-level positions at the likes of Bluberi Gaming, Fontainebleau Las Vegas and The Brennan Entities.

He also held senior finance roles at Caesars Entertainment, including VP of finance and capital planning, where he was responsible for large-scale budgeting and investment strategies across multiple Las Vegas Strip properties.

“John’s deep financial expertise and operational leadership make him an outstanding addition to the BIG executive team,” said BMM Innovation Group CEO Martin Storm. “He has a strong track record of aligning financial strategy with organisational growth and creating value across complex, multi-entity businesses.
