Light & Wonder has brought in Rohan Gallagher to serve as executive vice president, global chief corporate affairs officer.
Gallagher will be responsible for Light & Wonder’s investor relations, environmental, social and governance (ESG), corporate social responsibility (CSR) and global communications and will be based in Sydney, Australia.
Gallagher joins the company in the newly created role after three years at the financial consultancy business Jarden Group, prior to which he served as head of investor relations and treasury at Aristocrat Leisure.
“As Light & Wonder transitions to a sole listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), having Rohan’s wealth of experience and leadership in corporate affairs will be instrumental for us, both in the Australian market and across the world,” said Light & Wonder chief financial officer Oliver Chow. “I’ve worked with Rohan for many years in different capacities, and his knowledge of the gaming industry and what it takes to succeed, are unparalleled.”

Shares in Light & Wonder Inc (NASDAQ:LNW) closed 0.071 per cent lower at $84.66 per share in New York Thursday.
