Las Vegas-headquartered High Roller Technologies has promoted Carlo Scappaticci to chief marketing officer and brought in Frances Cong as director of marketing.

In his new role, Scappaticci will lead the operator’s marketing strategy, brand development, customer engagement and growth initiatives, as the company looks to expand its High Roller and Fruta online casino brands into new regulated markets.

He joined High Roller as managing director for Canada in July 2025, having previously served as vice president of marketing at WynnBet and Pala Interactive.

High Roller has further strengthened its marketing team with the appointment of Frances Cong as director of marketing. Cong previously spent more than seven years as CRM and marketing director at Boyd Interactive.
