Flutter Entertainment has named Sally Susman as an independent non-executive director.
Susman will join the board of directors of Flutter on May 29, 2026 at the conclusion of the company’s next annual general meeting.
“We are delighted to welcome Sally as a non-executive director,” said Flutter Entertainment chairman John Bryant.
“Sally’s appointment is in line with our Board renewal program having regard to the scale, geographic breadth and growth of the business. We look forward to Sally joining the Flutter Board and contributing to the company’s future.”
Susman currently serves as executive vice president and chief corporate affairs officer at Pfizer, and as a non-executive director of New York-listed UL Solutions.
She has also previously held senior communications roles at Estée Lauder and American Express and served as deputy assistant secretary for legislative and intergovernmental affairs at the US Department of Commerce.
Shares in Flutter Entertainment plc. (NYSE:FLUT) closed 0.84 per cent higher at $220.18 per share in New York Thursday.
