Aristocrat Leisure has brought in former Entain executive Dafne Guisard to serve as chief commercial officer EMEA, with Bob Serr appointed as chief technology officer.
Guisard steps into the newly created role to lead Aristocrat’s growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to the role.
She most recently served as chief operating officer of Entain and was recognised in the Gaming Intelligence Hot 50 of 2025.
Prior to Entain, Guisard spent three years as chief strategy, digital and transformation officer at Kraft Heinz, and nine years in a number of executive roles at AB InBev.
Bob Serr joins Aristocrat as chief technology officer after more than six years at Microsoft, where he most recently served as vice president of engineering and general manager of Azure Communication Services.
He also has previous gaming industry experience, having served as CTO and VP of engineering at social casino operator DoubleDown Interactive.
Both Guisard and Serr will report to Aristocrat chief executive Trevor Croker, who was honoured in the Gaming Intelligence Hot 50 of 2024. They will also join the company’s executive steering committee.
“I am delighted to welcome leaders of the calibre of Dafne and Bob,” said Croker. “Both have proven track records in scaling businesses, driving transformation, and building high-performing teams. I look forward to their contribution.
“Dafne’s commercial and operational leadership will be critical as we accelerate our European growth ambitions, while Bob’s technology expertise will help us continue to advance innovation and execution at enterprise scale.”
