FDJ United has made changes to its Executive Committee with Pascal Chaffard replacing Nils Andén as chief online betting and gaming officer.

Chaffard has been serving as the company’s chief financial officer, strategy and performance leader, having previously been in charge of FDJ’s lottery and retail sports betting business in France.

He takes over from former Kindred Group CEO Andén, who has overseen Kindred’s integration into the group and is leaving the company to pursue new projects.

Chaffard will also take on the additional role of group strategy and operational transformation officer, with FDJ in the process of appointing a new finance chief.

Andén was the only member of Kindred to be included in FDJ’s Executive Committee following its acquisition in October 2024.

FDJ also confirmed the appointment of Celia Verot as general secretary, general counsel and chief regulatory officer, having joined the company in 2024 as chief regulatory officer.

Shares in FDJ United (EPA:FDJU) were trading 7.36 per cent higher at €24.52 per share in Paris Thursday following the release of the company’s 2025 financial results.
