Ainsworth Game Technology has appointed Nancy Ramirez Ayala as senior vice president, general counsel and group compliance officer.

Prior to joining Ainsworth, Ayala served as vice president of legal at Rush Street Interactive, having previously served as assistant general counsel/Intellectual Property counsel for William Hill US.

“Nancy’s passion for her work in the legal and compliance side of the gaming world is evident,” said Ainsworth CEO Harald Neumann. “She is exactly the right person with the right experience to shepherd us through the period of growth we are undergoing now.

“We look forward to working with her as she moves into this role, and we continue to take on the challenges of the changing and growing markets we serve.”

Shares in Ainsworth Game Technology Inc (ASX:AGI) closed 17.60 per cent lower at $0.96 per share in Sydney Thursday after the company announced a pause in its strategic review.
