Playtech and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) have agreed a multi-year partnership focused on using technology to create a more sustainable gambling environment.

Playtech will work closely with UNLV’s International Gaming Institute to identify ways in which artificial intelligence and machine learning can be used to promote and support safer gambling.

Shares in Playtech plc. (LSE:PTEC) were trading 0.94 per cent lower at 738.00 pence per share in London Wednesday morning.
