International Game Technology (IGT) will modernise the hardware and software powering the Missouri Lottery under a newly awarded contract.

The eight-year contract will see IGT provide the Missouri Lottery its latest gaming system and related services, as well as a new player loyalty program, mobile app, and website.

The contract was awarded to IGT following an extensive competitive procurement process by the State of Missouri.

“IGT has provided our gaming system services at the Missouri Lottery for many years,” said Missouri Lottery executive director Lester Elder. “We look forward to our continued partnership, and we are eager to get started on this new contract that will allow us to take advantage of IGT’s newest and most advanced technologies.

“Together, we will work to grow sales and proceeds, while also providing a better player experience and retailer satisfaction.”

IGT has been the primary lottery technology supplier to the Missouri Lottery since 1991.
