Mexico’s interior ministry has joined forces with the country’s financial institutions and gambling associations to combat the rise of unlicensed online gambling.
The interior ministry held a series of meetings last week with the Association of Mexican Banks and the country’s two leading gaming industry associations, culminating in the signing of an agreement to combat online gambling and to strengthen problem gambling prevention efforts.
