German gaming operator mybet Holding has sold off its Malta-licensed payment processor subsidiary C4U-Malta Ltd to an unnamed company active in the financial services industry for €3m.
C4U-Malta holds an e-money financial institution licence from Malta’s Financial Services Authority, and renders payment transaction services for mybet’s businesses.
It secured the licence in July 2013, with plans to process payments for other operators.
