Amaya Gaming Group completes Chartwell acquisition

Canada’s Amaya Gaming Group has completed the acquisition of online casino developer Chartwell Technology Inc for a total consideration of CAD$22.8m, with shares in Chartwell expected to be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on Monday.
