Codere increases stake in Mexican horse racetrack operator

Spanish gaming group Codere S.A has taken up a call option to acquire an additional 35.8 per cent share in Mexican partner Corporación Interamericana de Entretenimiento Las Americas (ICELA), operator of the Hipodromo de Las America horse racetrack and a division of Mexican entertainment giant Grupo CIE.
