Following a number of changes to the Takeover Code which took effect this morning, mobile gambling specialist Probability plc has confirmed that it is in preliminary discussions with bookmaker William Hill over a potential acquisition of the company, while Ladbrokes has until October 17th to make an offer for online gaming operator Sportingbet.
