Rational Group, which operates PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker and the European Poker Tour brands, has appointed former Playtech senior executive and board member Rafi Ashkenazi as the company's new chief operating officer.
In his new role, which begins on February 1st, Ashkenazi will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and its brands, including leading online poker operators PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker.
