Betfair Group plc has announced the imminent departure of incumbent CEO David Yu with chief financial officer Stephen Morana stepping in as interim CEO.
Yu, who in June announced his decision not to renew his contract beyond its expiry of October 2012, will step down from the board and his role as CEO on December 31st, sooner than had been expected.
