Ainsworth Game Technology is searching for a new chief technology officer (CTO) to replace outgoing CTO David Bollesen.
Bollesen and the company have mutually agreed to part ways, with the company thanking Bollesen for his significant input and expertise during his tenure.
“David has overseen the execution of transitional product strategies which have laid the foundations to position the Company for continued improvements in product performance and the achievement of growth across all regions. I thank David for his dedication and contribution during his service with the Company and we wish him well for the future,” said Ainsworth chief executive Harald Neumann.
“The Company will undertake a search for a new CTO which will be based at the Company’s operation in Las Vegas. In the interim the CTO role will be overseen internally by the respective regional presidents, in conjunction with game studio leaders.
“I am confident that the current management within product development areas will ensure no disruption in the execution of the planned product roadmap.”
Bollesen left his role at Ainsworth on Thursday (16 May).
Shares in Ainsworth Game Technology Ltd. (ASX:AGI) closed 2.70 per cent lower at AUD$90.00 per share in Sydney Monday.
