ZEAL Network has appointed Luisa Haxel as managing director of its online house raffle business, Traumhausverlosung.

Haxel is an experienced real estate executive and assumes responsibility for the house raffle business, as well as its organising non-profit entity Dreamify.

Traumhausverlosung is an online house raffle that launched in Germany in August 2024 as a charity lottery, distributing at least 20 per cent of ticket sales to charitable causes.

Haxel brings a wealth of real estate experience to the role, having previously founded the real estate platform Evernest, and served in senior leadership positions at international real estate company Engel & Völkers, most recently as head of digital strategy.

Haxel said of her new role: “Traumhausverlosung got off to an impressive start on the German market last year. I’m looking forward to developing the brand further together with the team and providing new impetus for the business model, which is unique in Germany to date.”

ZEAL Network has also commenced the search for a new chief executive to replace long-serving CEO Helmut Becker, who announced his intention to step down earlier this week.

Shares in ZEAL Network SE (FRA:TIMA) were trading 1.16 per cent lower at €42.50 per share in Frankfurt Friday morning.
