Banijay Gaming-owned operator bet-at-home.com has announced that chief executive Marco Falchetto will step down at the end of this month.

Falchetto resigned this week as the sole member of the company’s management board, having served in the role since February 2022.

He officially steps down on May 31 and will be succeeded by Claus Retschitzegger, who currently serves as director of legal, public affairs and corporate communications, having worked at the company since 2007.

Last week bet-at-home.com posted a 15 per cent increase in gross betting and gaming revenue to €13.5 million for the first quarter of 2025, and has forecast full year gross revenue of between €46 million and €54 million.

Shares in bet-at-home.com AG (FRA:ACX) were trading 2.38 per cent lower at €2.87 per share in Frankfurt earlier Friday.
