IGT PlaySports has partnered with Xtremepush to provide enhanced customer relationship management capabilities to its clients.

The integration of Xtremepush’s CRM platform will allow IGT PlaySports’ operator partners in the United States to streamline player data into a single view, providing the platform for personalised, omnichannel engagement strategies.

The platform will be integrated with existing loyalty applications and supporting gamified experiences, helping to improve player lifecycle management from acquisition through to retention.

Shares in International Game Technology plc (NYSE:IGT) closed 0.48 per cent lower at $14.55 per share in New York Tuesday and were up 1.49 per cent in after hours to $14.77 per share.
