Games Global has become the latest casino games provider to secure licence approval in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The approval from the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) makes Games Global the 18th company to be approved as a gaming-related vendor in the UAE.
Other casino game providers currently licensed in the jurisdiction include IGT, Light & Wonder, Konami Gaming, Novomatic, Aristocrat, TCS John Huxley, Live88, Hub88, and Fennica Games.
Coin Technology’s Play971 brand is currently the only iGaming operator to be approved in the UAE and its operations are geofenced to certain emirates.
Wynn Al Marjan is so far the only company to be granted a land-based gaming facilities licence, while the UAE Lottery operator The Game is currently the only lottery licensee.
